Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need an exchange, we are happy to assist you under the following terms and conditions:

1. Exchange Locations
Exchanges are available only within Malé and Hulhumalé. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange services outside these locations at this time.

2. Exchange Type
Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues. We do not offer exchanges for design, colour or style preferences.

3. Sale and Offer Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers are strictly non-exchangeable.

4.  Exchange Request Timeline
Customers must apply for an exchange within 48 hours (2 days) from the time the order is delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:

o   The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.

o   Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the item.

o   A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

6.  Quality Check
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.

7.  Processing Fee and Store Credit

 For all approved exchanges, a 25% processing fee (inclusive of applicable taxes) will be deducted from the value of the returned product. The remaining balance will then be issued directly to your account as store credit to be used toward your replacement product. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the store credit to reflect in your account.

Please Note : The store credit is valid for 21 days from the date of issuance, after which any unused balance will automatically expire.
